A completely private 60 m2 holiday home for two people, surrounded by more than a hectare of territory with access to a pond with a footbridge, with a cozy dark interior, where you will find everything you need for a modern comfortable vacation and nothing else that would distract you. This is an opportunity to disconnect from the outside world, and every detail of the dark shades and natural wood interior is carefully selected so that you can focus only on what is most important - nature and yourself.

Nature on your doorstep

Visit The Barn and get away from it all. Here you can experience a digital detox - there is no TV, but we offer a widescreen view of nature. There is no gym or pool, but you can run around the pond and swim in it, meet and see off the sun on two terraces facing east and west, or just daydream, sitting on the jetty with your feet in the water.

• Amenities

  When creating The Barn, we aimed to make you feel like you are in your own holiday home as soon as you enter and find everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. For your comfortable stay, we have built and furnished a modern 60 m2 barn according to an exclusive design project.

• Lounge and dining area

  In the warmly lit lounge area you will find two comfortable armchairs with footstools, a coffee table, a stove for coziness and a wood fire. You can choose to eat, chat or work wherever you prefer - at the sturdy table or the kitchen island, sitting on the bar stools.

• Kitchen

  The Barn does not have a restaurant or room service, but there is a fully equipped kitchen that will allow you to create the most gourmet dishes. It contains all the necessary household appliances (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, smart fruit, salad and glass washer, blender, etc.), tools, dishes, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster and even a wine fridge. Drinking water is supplied from a 70 m deep borehole.

• Bedroom

  Here you will find a comfortable double bed with a comfortable mattress, bedding, open hangers, and spot lighting for reading your favorite book.

• Bathroom

  Smart shower, shower gel, towels, hairdryer, toiletries, slippers. If you wish, we can provide you with luxurious bathrobes during your stay (for an additional fee).

  There is no television here, but there is an option to connect your device to the TV screen.

• Activities

  The Barn's private territory borders the Dabužiai Pond, where you can swim or paddle board (for an additional fee) and discover the five islands located there. A private footbridge has been built for your convenience. You can walk around the pond in an hour (5 km), and with your bicycles you can easily reach Kavarskas (7 km) or Anykščiai Regional Park (20 km). There is a beach volleyball/beach tennis court on the territory (equipment will be provided for an additional fee). For long evenings, you will find various board games and interior albums and magazines inspired by The Barn design.

• Transport

  Due to its remote location, The Barn can only be reached by your own transport. There is no public transport option.

• Additional terms and information

  The Barn is a self-catering private retreat offering a natural experience with modern comfort. The Barn holiday home and grounds are not suitable for children. For a maximum of two adults (18 years of age) only. Pets are not allowed. The Barn is a non-smoking property, including electronic smoking devices. The grounds are under CCTV surveillance.
